New York City, 1984 – Crime is at an all time high. John Liu aka the New York Ninja scours the streets night after night, searching for his wife’s killer. Meanwhile, the villainous Rattail’s new radioactive powers make him deadlier than ever.

Charles Forsman is a 2008 graduate of The Center for Cartoon Studies and a three-time Ignatz Award winner. His comic books include Revenger, Celebrated Summer, Slasher, and Automa. His comics, I am Not Okay With This and The End of the Fucking World, have been adapted into Netflix Original Series.  He lives in Western Massachusetts.
