Through humorous short stories, the series reflects on everyday anxieties drawn from personal observation and social research. Common worries—ranging from health scares and housing pressures to digital addiction—are reimagined as playful “prescriptions.”

The zines are printed in vivid fluorescent riso colours and packaged in medicine-inspired bags, turning anxiety into something tangible, shareable, and even laughable."
