Terms & Conditions
We aim for same day shipping on orders received by 2pm on weekdays, orders received after that may be shipped the following weekday. Pre-orders will be shipped out when the item becomes available. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you by email to resolve the problem.
Orders are dispatched Mon-Fri, this may vary on bank holidays. Orders received over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for UK orders. International orders are generally sent via Royal Mail, but this may vary.
A full refund can be issued if books have not yet been shipped, or if you are willing to return books to our address. We will cover return shipping if the item is damaged.
Prints are shipped as packaged, either flat in a mailer or rolled in a cardboard tube.
If you select "in store pick up", your order will be held at our London shop for one month from the date you receive your "order fulfilled" notification. If your order is not picked up by that date, you will receive a full refund and your order will be cancelled.
