Job Vacancy - Mail Order Manager

The successful applicant will manage all aspects of our mail order service, including order processing, correspondence and administrative tasks. They will also be involved in other aspects of the store, including basic office administration, events promotion and customer service. The position is full-time (37.5 hours/week) and permanent, and salary will be based on the London Living Wage. Weekend working hours will be expected.

For this position we are seeking someone with great organisational skills who is self-motivated and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. IT literacy is essential, and any familiarity with ecommerce platforms would be an advantage. Good levels of literacy and numeracy are also needed, as correspondence and data management tasks will be required. And of course a love of the comics medium is also a plus!

Our range of graphic novels is second to none, and we’re always striving to source new and interesting product, whatever the genre.
