Limbo Launch Party With Ferry Gouw

We're thrilled to announce a launch party with the astounding artist Ferry Gouw! Ferry will be launching his brand new Breakdown Press book, Limbo, on Thursday 11th June 2026, from 7-9pm. Here's what publisher Breakdown say about the book:

In an unnamed country, air heavy with the heat of imminent uprising, the decision to go running alone after dark sets in motion a chain of chances and choices that change everybody they touch. Cai, sculptor at an arts residency in an upscale resort, and his colleague Lisa, a local working as his aide, are drawn into a complex series of events in which myth rises in the shadow of politics and the bright lights of festive fireworks.

Breakdown Press are excited to publish Ferry Gouw’s new comic Limbo, an exciting and compelling rumination on belonging, the hidden truth of folklore, and the insidious coiling of colonialism. Drawn in luminous, glowing colour, Limbo is a comic that demands to be read,giving light to stories that remain unseen.

Ferry will be alongside the amazing CROM, who will be launching his new sketchbook, Bleed Ink, published in association with Gosh! Comics for our 40th anniversary (more details soon).
