David Bowie was interviewed by Michael Apted for his 1997 documentary Inspirations, which explored the creative process across art forms. Bowie’s clear spoken advice to young artists resonated with Christopher Rainbow and inspired a series of drawings to these words to life; which now finds physical form in this zine, pencil-crafted landscapes populated by questing creatives, distorted bodies and mysterious motifs, all framed by planes of gently blended colour.
