Like a Mad Gardener is an artistic exploration of the garden at the intersection between private retreat and a place where society is negotiated. Memories intertwine with philosophical and social questions concerning conflict, care, and connection. Through drawings and texts, the garden becomes a stage on which stories unfold: a prickly palm tree speaks from a London back garden, scissors hold a conference, weeds laugh, and guardian angels protect fences, while in the warm earth hands roll over with worms and friends get to work.
