"You have been chosen for your ability to drew unique  patterns in the sky! Elegant, brutal, graceful and ugly, your patterns are all of these things and you make all of our lives richer as a result.

Without you, the world would appear that much more hollow and incomplete, like a jigsaw puzzle without its final piece. To help you in your journey across the cosmos, we have compiled a guide for you, to help keep every aspect of your flying ship in tip-top shape!

On the following pages you will be asked to draw three things on gridded canvases: the pilot of your mind, the vessel that is your body and the shape of your souil. The grid upon which you are drawing consists of 16 squares. Each square represents an activity of at least 30 minutes that improves your flight. On the opposing page you will compose a list of activities that can fulfill these squares to help you on those uninspired days.

Your mission is this: during the next month of your joruney, you will attempt to color in all the squares of your mind, body and soul, by completing activities that maintain each category.
