Slight deja vu to start this week, but I want to plug the Garry Leach Estate Sale as much as possible before it happens on Sunday 29th May. Through the entire day, from 10.30am - 7pm, we'll have boxes of Garry's personal collection on sale on our upstairs tables. There's a lot of stuff to get through, and we'll be restocking throughout the day, with the bulk of proceeds going to Garry's estate. We're currently pricing our way through everything, unearthing all kinds of gems on the way, from the likes of classic Eagles to Japanese language Astro Boy tankōbons. Be prepared for a proper treasure hunt.

HIGHLIGHTS THIS WEEK

• SHAOLIN COWBOY CRUEL TO BE KIN #1 - Expect ultra-detailed ultra-violence in the return of Geoff Darrow's much-beloved wasteland wanderer. New to Shaolin Cowboy? Doesn't matter, just throw yourself into Darrow's fascinatingly dysfunctional post-apocalyptic world, where the Shaolin Cowboy wanders the earth running into all kinds of monsters and miscreants, usually ending in the most lushly illustrated action sequences you've ever seen. Funny, exciting, and jaw-droppingly beautiful.

• FABLES #151 - The former Vertigo tentpole title returns after a 7 year absence, with Bill Willingham and Mark Buckingham both back at the wheel just in time for the series' 20th anniversary. Following the events of #150, a new adversary makes themselves known, seeking vengeance on Geppetto for the damage done to Fabletown.And rest assured, old Fables fans, if you had it on your order with us in the past it'll still be there. I'd like to say it was foresight, but actually it's down to me being a bit slack about clearing out old titles...

• I HATE THIS PLACE #1 - You may have seen this initially talked about under the moniker on its variant cover, the wonderful "F*ck This Place", which gives some indication of the tone. Which isn't totally surprising given that it's written by Kyle "Sexcastle" Starks. He's joined by artist Artyom Topilin for the story of Gabby and Trudy, a young couple who inherit an old farmhouse that's a magnet for the supernatural.

• DUO #1 - Milestone expands into all new territory with the introduction of Earth-M! Keeping true to the core mission of Milestone, Earth-M will tell all new stories within the Milestone universe showcasing diverse characters and creators. First up is this tale of two lovers - Dr. Kelly Vu and Dr. David Kim - who are joined together into one nanobot-superpowered being. Greg Pak and Khoi Pham are at the wheel.

• SAVAGE AVENGERS #1 - Just when you think it's done, Conan Avengers returns! David Pepose & Carlos Magno have Conan enlisting an all-new team of Avengers to help him in the fight against time-travelling soldier Deathlok. 

• MARVELS VOICES IDENTITY #1 - The latest installement of the Marvels Voices series which celebrates creators and characters of Asian American and Pacific Islander heritage. Pornsak Pichetshote, Jeremy Holt, Sabir Pirzada, Emily Kim, Kei Zama, Eric Koda & Rickie Yagawa contribute this issue.

• SHADOW WAR ZONE #1 - A collection of short stories looking at the larger impact of Shadow War, the current Batmn / Deathstroke Inc / Robin crossover. Featuring Talia al Ghul, Black Canary, Luke Fox, Ghost-Maker and all new villain Angel Breaker.
