HIGHLIGHTS THIS WEEK

• LAST DRIVER #1 - Sean Gordon Murphy is back with a new creator-owned title, and it's looking as lovely as you might expect it to. In the not-too-distant future, cars have been outlawed, replaced by efficient, green, robotic transport. Oh no! When his granddaughter's life is in danger, a guy who's so into cars his nickname is "Clutch" gets behind the wheel one more time to burn rubber and speed to the rescue (and stick it to the man!)

• SPIDER-MAN HULK: FIRE & BRIMSTONE #1 - Kevin Smith, Andy McElfresh and R. B. Silva team up for an action-packed, guest-star filled, rogue's gallery highlighting romp. White Rabbit is in #2, so what more reason do you need?

• EC SHELLSHOCK #1 - They've done the horror anthologies and the war antholgies, so now it's time for Oni's EC reinvention to tackle a war anthology! Featuring Benito Cereno, John Arcudi, Julio Anta, Michael Conrad, Albert Monteys and David Lapham, with a reprinted classic by Bill Gaines and Al Feldstein.
  

• BUG WARS COMING OF THE WARDOOM #1 - It's back to Jason Aaron and Mahmud Asrar's backyard miniature fantasy epic! Slade Slaymaker is called upon once again to lead the battle against an ancient enemy from The Forest.

• TALESPIN #1 - The latest in Dynamite's actually-very-well-done Disney licensed titles, with further tales of the 90s adventure cartoon by Amanda Deibert and Carlo Lauro.
